Israel teaches Financial Reporting at Wyse Associates Limited to students preparing for exams organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a Visiting Teacher (and Director) at Widerange Professionals, Arepo, Ogun State. Before joining Wyse, he taught Financial Reporting and Corporate Reporting at Students Pye, Yaba, Lagos. He has over seven (7) years experience in teaching accounting and preparing students for ICAN exams.

As a professional accountant in practice, Israel currently works in the Audit Departmern (Energy & Natural Resources). At Deloitte & Touche, he has led several audit engagements (listed and unlisted companies) in the Nigeria Oil & Gas Sector. Before joining Deloitte, he practiced tax, accounting and auditing in an indigenous accounting firm (J. A. Olawin & Co. (Chartered accountants) where he led tax, accounting and auditing engagements across different industries. He has over 6 years practical accounting experience.

He is the author of "One Page Summary of IFRS" which is a free accounting material used and loved by accounting students in Nigeria and even outside of Nigeria.

As an ICAN student, he won three prizes with the Institute, including a prize for the 2nd best overall qualifying student during the May 2013 professional examinations (PE 2).

He is also the Founder of Accounting League, Tuition Yard and other learning initiatives geared towards helping accountants with their learning.

Israel has a strong passion for teaching and he loves playing chess.

Blessing is a finance professional with seven (7) years of experience that cuts across Education, Environmental Services, Oil & Gas (Technical Service), Real Estate, E-commerce & Technology sectors in the areas of Financial Reporting, Management accounts, Financial Valuation, and Modeling, Nigeria taxes, and Business process improvement.

She is a Certified Sage Business and Xero Advisor, who has trained over fifty (50) individuals & SMEs on Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, and Wave.

She has also worked on various project that relates to building financial models and valuation for businesses to upscale, receive grants, and capital from prospective investors.

She is currently a Finance Manager at Losode Inc. and also an External Consultant at Petroprism Limited.

A Big-4 trained finance professional with over 7 year’s diverse experience in finance, account and audit as it is applicable across major industries.

Oladele possesses sound understanding of best business process standards as it’s relevant in major industries and a robust knowledge supported by hands-on experience in the preparation of financial statement in-line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

He also has proven knowledge in providing recommendation to management in business process improvement and application of IFRS in financial reporting.

Oladele has in-depth understanding of the use of Excel in building robust financial models, data analysis and visualization to enable top management make sound business decisions.

He has been involved in Excel training for over 4 years commercially. He provides insightful approach in ensuring an efficient use of Excel through automation of certain routine tasks. He also transforms data for detailed financial analysis and planning purpose.
